JULIE GIRALDI is a Bully and comes over to her parents home and harasses the people living next door. Even when her parents are on vacation JULIE the BULLY goes over to her parents and takes endless photographs of neighbors home even though her parents have surveillance cameras she could easily use for whatever crazy trouble she has in mind. Then Julie endlessly calls the City of Toronto and files frivolous complaints about the cancer patients home being renovated inside and outside. She also comes over in the evening also attempts to trigger the night flood lights of the neighbors home so she can complain about that. But JULIE the BULLY is not alone. She has her son come over where her son makes obscene gestures and vandalizes the cancer patients home whenever they have time which seems to be quite often. JULIE GIRALDI is a well rounded BULLY with the kind of morals that support the criminal conduct of her son and her passive aggressive brother and father.   JULIE THE BULLY has been engaged in a terror campaign with her family against her parents neighbor for several years now. Recently JULIE THE BULLY and her family perjured themselves in court. JULIE THE BULLY also has her daughter and son perjure themselves in court. What a great Chief Human Resource Officer she makes working at CATT PENSION PLAN.  

Would you want to work at CATT PENSION PLAN or even have your pension with this company. I would not and neither should anyone else. 

JULIE the BULLY Julie is in an enviable position. As a high-powered individual working for CATT Pension Plan, she likely uses her position to curry favor with the police and other officials who have been unwilling to address the situation. One video show police admitting to the Giraldi criminal conduct but since JULIE the BULLY works for CATT PENSION PLAN and her brother work for the TTC they get preferential treatment.  

Thirteen criminal charges were privately filed against the Giraldis, and two judges found sufficient evidence to proceed with all of them. However, the corrupt Crown’s office stayed the charges, claiming it was not in the public interest.
